Components

  • 2 yellow peaches, sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp granulated erithritol
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp h2o
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 lower calorie vanilla ice cream of selection (we utilised Halo Major)

Technique

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and put together a baking sheet with parchment paper.
