Among his conclusions are:

  1. Facebook continues to be the queen of social networks, in terms of community, virality and efficiency . However, Twitter has a higher share of publications and Instagram is the one with the best engagement.
  2. The  industry of retail ranks first in community viral interactions and thus the potential of the brands that make it and the quality of the content developed and distributed. On the other hand, the gaming and betting sector registers the best engagement data, especially for the use they make of promotions.
  3. Facebook is the best positioned social network among the media , both in the community, as well as in publications and interactions.
  4. In addition, the study reveals that the average community of brands in social media is 767 users and there is an average of 5,228 publications per year on all social networks.
